Welcome to our website. If you continue to browse and use this website, including making purchases, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern BusinessImage.com.au’s relationship with you in relation to this website and related products and services.

The term ‘BusinessImage.com.au’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website, Cam Gould Design, whose registered office is 84 Lizzie St, Bardon, Brisbane. Our business registration number is ABN 87 128 532 010. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

No alteration of these Terms & Conditions can be made after the Client has confirmed order of the goods or services, in either written or oral acknowledgement. The "Supplier" may alter these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  1. General Use
    1. The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.
    2. Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
    3. Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.
    4. This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.

    9. Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia.
  2. Purchasing
    1. Payment Terms are strictly "7 Days" from date of invoice.
    2. In most circumstance the "Supplier" may require a deposit of 50% of the total amount outstanding prior to acceptance of the order.
    3. In certain circumstances the "Supplier" may require Payment in advance of delivery of the goods.
    4. For printed materials the "Supplier" requires Payment in advance of production of the goods.
    5. The "Supplier" reserves the right to apply a surcharge of "10%" every month on all late payments or overdue amounts from the due date of payment.
    6. The "Supplier" reserves the right to "Title of Goods" until payment is made in full.
    7. Deliveries
      1. All deliveries made to the "Client" should be checked with 24 hours of the date of Delivery.
      2. All Damages or Shortages, should be reported to the "Supplier" within 24 hours and in writing.
      3. Failure to complete the checking of Goods Delivered and the reporting of any such Shortage or Damages, would be deemed by the "Supplier" as meaning the goods have been accepted by the "Client" as complete and unharmed.
      4. Under certain circumstances, in particular when Goods are sourced from the third party Manufacturer or other Supplier, delays may occur. When and if this event does happen, the "Supplier" will notify the "Client” as soon as is reasonable that there will be a delay in delivery. While all reasonable effort will be made to ensure reliable third party are always engaged, the conduct of the third party are accepted to be out of the control of the "Supplier".
    8. Acceptance of Quotations & Artwork
      1. The "Supplier" will only accept an order for delivery once the "Artwork or Quotation" has been signed by the “Client” This may be in the form of a physical signature, or an email acknowledging and accepting the “Artwork or Quotation”, or acceptance via a form on our website http://BusinessImage.com.au or related website.
      2. In certain circumstances, whereby "Artwork" reflects a specific requirement of the "Client" and is deemed their "Copyright", orders will be accepted as being on a "Non-Returnable" basis.
    9. Under/Over Supply of Ordered Articles
      1. The "Supplier" reserves the right to supply either "Over/Under 10%" of the ordered articles, which is due solely to Manufacturing problems, we therefore advise each "Client" when ordering to ensure that the order reflects this possible "Margin of Error".
    10. Force Majeure
      1. Neither party will be liable for any delay, loss or damage caused wholly or in part by an Act of God, Governmental restriction, condition or control or by reason of any Act done pursuant to a Trade Dispute, whether such dispute involves its servants or by reason of any other Act, Matter or Thing, out-with reasonable control of the Company or Individual.
    11. General
      1. All prices are quoted without the inclusion of GST. GST will be charged for, and is payable by the “client” where applicable.
      2. We reserve the right to refuse to accept orders.
      3. We reserve the right to amend our prices and specifications without prior notice. We will, when possible, make such information available at the earliest opportunity.
      4. All artwork / designs and colour matching is approximate and complete accuracy cannot be guaranteed.
    12. Returns Policy
      1. Customers have the right to cancel their order within 7 days of placing the said order. If the Customer does cancel the order, they will have their payment returned after a 20% administration fee has been applied. Items received must be returned within 7 days of receipt, giving the reason for return, and evidence of any damage or incompletion. (We will not be liable for any return courier costs). Should the item being returned be faulty in accordance with our money back guarantee, we will offer a full refund or replace the item accordingly. Due to the personal nature of products designed with unique “Artwork”, we can only replace such items if they are faulty, no refunds can be given for production of unique products.
    13. Complaints
      1. In the unlikely event of a complaint being registered, we will do our utmost to rectify the problem. Please contact us immediately.
    14. Customs
      1. For those customers outside Australia, customs duty may be payable on your ordered goods. Fees are outside our control and must be paid by the customer. Also, carriage charges will differ from Australian resident "Clients" and a higher carriage charge may be levied at the discretion of the "Supplier".
    15. Acceptance
      1. The placing of your order, whether online, by telephone, email or fax denotes that you have accepted our Terms and Conditions as stated.
  3. Account Management
    1. You are responsible for ensuring that all of your contact and other information is kept accurate and up to date within our systems.
    2. Some systems, for example relating to registration of Australian domain names, require accurate information be provided to the registry. It is entirely your responsibility to ensure the information you have on record with us, and hence provided to the registry, is 100% accurate.
